...the place is elegant and cozy, is located in a quiet area surrounded by greenery, with a magnificent view of the lake!

We want to offer every comfort to those who need accommodations for leisure, business, work, sport and culture.
The rooms are located on the 1st floor (separate entrance). We have 4 large double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 kitchen for breakfast.

At 500 meters you'll find a road that will allow you in 30/40 minutes to reach airports, cities such as Milan, Monza, Bergamo, Como and a bike/pedestrian path with which you will reach Lecco in only 4.8 km and Trezzo Sull'Adda in 28.5 km, for fans of bike.
The railway station is about 1.8 km from the residence, in Calolziocorte.

Children under three years are our guests for free.
We accept small pets.
Large parking for cars, boat trailer and availability of garages for motorcycles.
Free use of bicycles.
TV in the room and WiFi connection.
The price includes towels and breakfast.
